1. Return Eligibility

We offer a no-questions-asked return policy on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags and labels intact

Exceptions: Customized products and art projects are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving their order.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Visit the Contact Us page and complete the return form.
2. Ship the product back in its original packaging to the sender address shown on your shipment label within 5 days of delivery.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the reverse shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed promptly upon inspection approval.

5. Fees and Costs

No restocking fees apply. The only cost borne by customers is the reverse shipping fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

For items damaged during shipment, we offer a 100% refund. To claim this, please provide an unboxing video showing the damaged item. We do not accept returns for items damaged during usage.
