All the orders below INR 1500 are eligible for fix rate shipping at INR 94/- across India.

We are utilizing different shipping methods ranges from instant delivery fleets, courier channels and India Post based on the delivery location.

As of now we are not offering any such service, we are shipping the products once they packaged and labeled after the last quality check?

No. Shipment cost will be added at the checkout page based on the order value and no separate payment needs to be made.

We offer no question asked return of unused non-personalized products within 72 hours of delivery. Customer needs to drop an email within 72 hours at customercare@uprworld.com and ship the product latest by 5 days of delivery date in original condition with all the tags intact. 

A partial refund of 75% will be offered between 5 to 15 days from the date of purchase, in case of any defects related to zip or closure?

A partial refund of 50% will be offered between 15 to 30 days from the date of purchase, in case of any defects related to zip or closure?

No refund is available after 30 days or for personalized products.

Refund will be processed after inspecting the product within 24 hours at the customer’s preferred UPI address.

The 100% Price Guarantee is applicable only on purchases made on uprworld.com with a net order value exceeding INR 2,500, excluding any returns, cancellations, or refunds.

The guarantee is limited strictly to the net price difference between UPR World’s listed price and the price of an identical item found elsewhere on widely known ecommerce platform (no social media listing/ generic claim eligible for the offer).

Any approved claim will be reimbursed in the form of a reward voucher, redeemable exclusively on uprworld.com.
